Warm Hats in Chicago

Today is the first day after Thanksgiving break and getting up wasn't too shabby. However, I did get half hour of sleep than I normally do and that is perfectly normal to do. Sleep is essential for college students and completed my normal routine, which includes getting ready, toasting a bagel, plugging in the coffee maker, and gathering what I need for the day's classes. After that I take a bus and the Blue Line train to Forest Park, get off at Monroe, and then walk four blocks to the Gage building. Now if I'm running late, then I'll stop at Dunkin' Donuts for a quick breakfast. Additionally, I'll get a head start before everyone gets into the Communication computer lab in GB 509 and check e-mails while sipping on my morning java. Anyways, that is what a typical day involves for me and then you can't forget the Torch meetings on Mondays and Thursdays and then commuting back to the suburbs during the late afternoon. But the typical day will vary depending upon what my planner says. I live by what that says because without it, I'd be the most dysfunctional person on the planet.

My Chicago Wolves hat
Warm hats are necessary in an average Chicago winter and what better way to stay warm and support your favorite team. As you dedicated readers know, I support mainly the Chicago Wolves and Blackhawks ( even thought there currently is no NHL season because adults on the NHL and NHLPA sides can't learn to compromise. They are acting like little children who need a to wake up and realize that US HOCKEY FANS WANT TO SEE OUR FAVORITE TEAMS PLAYING!) Getting back to the point of this point, I typically wear my Blackhawks hat, but also my Wolves hat as well. The point is to stay warm, protect those ears, and rock your favorite sport's team hat. Why not?

  1. I agree with you hun 100%. I also have that Wolves hat too Mary. I wear that hat too when it is cold out. I love the Chicago Wolves and the Blackhawks and I will support them for the rest of my life. I love the Wolves and Blackhawks even though the Blackhawks are not playing this season. I miss watching the Blackhawks but I do love watching and supporting my team Chicago Wolves. Its always good to wear a hat and stay warm when it is very cold so you don't get sick. You want to make sure you are healthy. Thanks for sharing Mary. You are doing a great job on your blog. Keep up the good work. Proud of you.
